How Beaming India engages, delivers, bills and hands over work — the standard terms behind every proposal we send.

These terms describe how Beaming India Technology Private Limited (“Beaming India”) generally provides design, development, consulting and support services. They apply alongside the written proposal or master services agreement signed for your project. Where a signed agreement says something different, that agreement wins.
We quote after a discovery conversation. A proposal sets out the deliverables, the price, the schedule and, just as importantly, what is excluded. A proposal is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Work begins after written acceptance and receipt of the first milestone payment.
Anything outside the agreed scope is a change request. We will estimate it in writing before doing the work, along with its effect on the schedule. We do not absorb scope silently and then raise it at the end of the project.
Fees are quoted in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate. Invoices are payable within 15 days. Overdue invoices may attract interest at 1.5% per month, and we may pause work on an account that is more than 30 days overdue.
On receipt of final payment, all right, title and interest in the deliverables created specifically for you — source code, design files and assets — transfer to you, together with repository access and deployment credentials.
We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, internal frameworks and general know-how, and grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as embedded in your deliverables. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences, which we will identify.
Each side keeps the other’s confidential information confidential and uses it only for the project. This survives the end of the engagement. We sign your NDA on request, before any brief is shared.
We warrant that deliverables will materially conform to the agreed specification. Defects reported within 30 days of go-live are fixed at no charge. That warranty does not cover changes made by others, third-party service failures, or new requirements presented as bugs.
We would like to name you as a client and publish a case study. We will not do either without your written consent, and white-label engagements are excluded by default.
Either side may end an engagement with 30 days’ written notice. On termination you pay for work completed and for committed costs up to that date, and we hand over everything produced and paid for.
Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or data. Our total liability under an engagement is capped at the fees paid to us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction. We will both attempt good-faith discussion before either side starts proceedings.
